Legacy High Website Crashes After Too Many Parents Try to Download the Bell Schedule
By the IT Help Desk, LegacyLeopards.com
The digital heart of Legacy High School suffered a major collapse Tuesday morning after 1,200 parents simultaneously attempted to download the updated bell schedule PDF at 7:58 a.m.two minutes before first period.
“It was like watching a herd of caffeine-fueled wildebeests rush an unsecured server,” said IT tech Armand Lopez, who’s now on bedrest from stress-induced clicking.
The district says it will post paper schedules “near the gym, behind the soda machine, and possibly carved into a tree” until normal web services resume. Meanwhile, students have formed betting pools about whether 3rd period even exists.
